Solution

1. Log into your webspace control panel.

2. Click on the “Mail” menu.

3. Click on “Mail Settings”.

4. Maybe a list of domains is shown. In this case, simply click on the domain for that you want to activate DKIM. It is possible that the list ist no shown and you are forwarded to step (5.) right away.

5. Check the box “Use DKIM spam protection system to sign outgoing email messages”.

If you have rented your domain from another provider and linked it to your Bitpalast® web space as an external domain, add DKIM settings to your name server record. You can see which settings have to be entered there with the link "How to configure external DNS" to the right of the checkbox description.

If your domain name is being leased from Bitpalast®, you do not have to worry about the DKIM DNS settings. They’ll be configured automatically no later than 15 minutes after DKIM activation.

6. Click the "OK" button.
