Unlimited resources of any type »

• Any resource is possible: vehicles, objects,
  tables, rooms (e.g. conference rooms during the day, but also overnight room bookings), holiday apartments, houses and many more …
• Automatic or manual approval of resources:
  User profiles allowing you to determine which
  resources any given user may reserve.
• Freely selectable minimum and maximum reservation slots
• Freely selectable off-times:
  During off-time hours the resource cannot be reserved.
• Freely selectable minimum offset (e.g. a reservation must be made at least 2 days and 12 hours in advance; different configuration possible)
• Resource clusters:
  Multiple resources of a similar type (e.g. similar boats, overhead projectors) can be clustered in a single position. Once all resources are reserved simultaneously, no other resource can be reserved at the same time.

Unlimited number of reservation plans »

• Occupancy & vacancy overview
• Edit & read-only access
• Different colors for different reservation states (e.g. third-party reservations in light blue, own reservations in dark blue, off-times in red)
• Booking intervals can be separately configured from 15 minutes to 24 hours for each schedule

Unlimited number of users & administrators »

• User can self-register in the system.
  An unlimited number of users is possible.
• Newly registered users can automatically receive reservation rights for all or selected resources. Alternatively, reservation rights can be allocated manually.
• Anonymous users can view schedules but cannot make reservations (it is possible to de-activate the view function for anonymous users)
• Upon login, each user can select his/her preferred language:
  English, German, French, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese & Suomi (Finnish)
• Administrators manage users, resources and reservation plans.
• Every user can be given Admin status by an existing administrator. An unlimited number of administrators is possible.

E-mail notification, data export & statistics »

• If desired, administrators will automatically receive e-mail notification regarding reservations and user registration.
• Administrators are able to send mass e-mails to all or selected users.
• Data export
• A statistic shows the most popular resources, who uses the system
  most frequently and much more.
